CITROËN DS5 Star Experience
Terms and Conditions

1. This competition (“Promotion”) is only open to residents of Great Britain who are aged 25 years or over, hold a full, current and valid UK driver’s licence with no more than 3 points and are not disqualified from driving in France, have at least 3 years’ driving experience, hold a full valid UK passport, and are available for the duration of the trip i.e. from 10/02/2012 to 12/02/2012. Proof of age, UK residency and a full current and valid UK driving licence will be required.
2. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies, companies or persons involved in the sale of the Promoter’s products, including but not limited to Citroën dealers may not enter this Promotion. 
3. By entering the competition the entrants acknowledge that they will be offered the opportunity to drive New Citroën DS5 in France. The vehicles will be left hand drive. The entrant must be both capable and experienced enough to drive a left hand drive car on French roads under French traffic regulations.
4. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion. 
5. It is not possible to participate more than once in this Promotion.
6. The Promotion will start at 10.00 am GMT on 16th January 2012, and will close at 6.00 pm GMT on 31st January 2012
7. Access Online: To access this Promotion via Facebook, entrants must have a personal account on Facebook, visit the Citroën UK page on Facebook and then need to click through to an online page “DS5 Star Experience” (the “Promotion Page”). 
8. For the registration procedure, entrants are required to:

• Provide all the information required on the registration form (First name/ Last Name/ contact number/ email address) on www.DS5StarExperience.info  
• Say  in 50 to 100 words why they should be chosen to drive and review New DS5
• Tick the box “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.”
• Tick the box “I am over 25 and hold a full UK driving licence.”
• All entrants may be required to answer follow up questions and liaise with, the production team via email, phone and in person
• Failing this, the entry will not be valid. Similarly, in the event of failure to fulfil these Terms and Conditions, the entry will not be valid.

9. The winners will be selected from amongst eligible entrants.  Winners will be chosen based on the originality, creativity and flair shown in their initial entry and any subsequent conversations with the production team. Entrants will also be marked against certain criteria including demeanour, personality, experience and knowledge of cars.
10. A judging panel including an independent adjudicator will decide the final 5 winners. The judging panel and Promoter’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
11. Each winner will receive the following prize for themselves and one accompanying companion;

• Return flights from Heathrow, London to Nice, France (Outbound flights: 10/02/2012; Return flights: 12/02/2012, or such other dates as are notified to the winners).
• Transfers to and from the airport in France are included, however entrants will be responsible for getting to and returning home from Heathrow at their own cost (including car park).
• 2 nights’ accommodation in either a twin or double room for joint occupancy in a five star hotel in Saint Tropez
• Meals and non alcoholic drinks between 12.00 pm (GMT) on 10/02/2012 to 8.00 pm (GMT) on 12/02/2012.
• Travel insurance for the duration (i.e. from 10/02/2012 to 12/02/2012) of the trip covering £1,000,000 medical expenses cover and £1,000 lost baggage cover.
• Room service, gratuities and other expenses which are not expressly included, are excluded.  Some glasses of wine may be included, but generally alcoholic drinks are not included in the prize (they may be purchased at the winner or their guest’s own cost).  Driving of the cars after the consumption of alcohol will not be permitted until the winner is in a fit and legal state to drive. Please note that it is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that they only drive when they are in a fit and lawful state to drive, and that they comply with all rules and laws in France (including without limitation speed and parking restrictions).
• The production team and film crews will accompany the winners and their guests throughout most of the weekend, and the Promoter intends (but is not obliged) to use the footage of the winners and their guests to create several short films which will document their experiences and promote New Citroën DS5. 

14. The accompanying passenger must be over 18, hold a full valid UK passport, and be available for the duration of the trip i.e. from 10/02/2012 to 12/02/2012.  They will not be permitted to drive the cars unless otherwise stated.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.  There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
16. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, smartphone, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry, or may result in incorrect operation of the Promotion (which if remediable by the Promoter, the Promoter shall at its discretion endeavor to remedy as quickly and fairly as possible).
17. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries, or entries which do not otherwise satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying the entrants.
19. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:

1. any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion or prize, and
2. any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach the intended recipient), or use of or attendance at the prize, and
3. any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

20. Details of the prize winner’s name and county will be available for one month after the close of the Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and closing date of the Promotion.
21. The winners agree (and shall procure that their guests agree):

• to follow all reasonable instructions of the Promoter and its representatives (including the production team and film crews) at all times, and to behave appropriately.  The Promoter reserves the right to exclude (at any time) any winner or guest who behaves in a manner which is offensive or disruptive.
• to allow the Promoter to use their name, performance and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration throughout the world in perpetuity in any and all media, including, without limitation, on the Promoter’s Facebook page and website and on YouTube;
• that they shall not have final approval rights over the videos and that the Promoter has the right to edit or omit their contribution.  The Promoter shall not intentionally misrepresent the views of any of the participants.     
• to participate in all publicity activities related to the Promotion as required by the Promoter, including but not limited to a public presentation of the main prize. 
• to sign such further documentation as is required by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation any further waivers of liability and publicity releases and waivers of moral rights and all similar rights including without limitation the right of droite moral.

22. The Promoter will use each entrant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. Please see our Privacy Policy www.citroen.co.uk/privacy for further details.
23. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
24. The Promoter is: Citroën U.K. Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 191579 whose registered office is at 221 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4BA.
25. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other organisation or person (including without limitation any celebrity referred to in promotional materials). You understand that you are providing your information to Citroën UK Limited and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used in accordance with Citroën UK Limited's Privacy Policy as set out at www.citroen.co.uk/privacy.
